Three passes are not technically difficult in good weather so far not snowing. If there is snow, it creates difficult and dangerous condition on all these passes. All the passes have not any facilities along the way. And if have not done enough acclimatization you will feel Acute Mountain Sickness {AMS}. If you trek the east to west it makes easier acclimatize crossing the Konma La {5535m} via Chhukung the to Labuche – Kalapathar/EBC. Crossing Cho La 5420m to Gokyoand then over Renjo La 5345m to Namche via Thame.
This is route take you over some of the highest passes mountain in the world. It is known as Khumbu circuit. Kongma La is the difficult pass compare to Cho La and
